Sugatu successfully executed the Engineering, Design, Manufacturing, and Supply of Ground Mounted Solar Structures for the 18 MWp KUSUM Solar Power Project in Latur, Maharashtra. The project was developed with a focus on structural strength, long-term durability, and optimized solar plant performance for utility-scale renewable energy infrastructure.
The solar mounting structures were manufactured using high-quality AZ150 Galvalume steel sections combined with robust PosMAC 2.5 mm columns, ensuring excellent corrosion resistance and enhanced lifecycle performance even in harsh environmental conditions. The structure was specially engineered to withstand wind speeds up to 150 km/h, making it suitable for high-wind and demanding project locations.
The mounting system was designed for compatibility with New DCR Solar Modules, ensuring efficient module support, faster installation, and improved land utilization for large-scale solar power generation.
