1. Eligibility for Returns

You may return a product if it meets the following conditions:

• The product is unused, undamaged, and in its original condition, with all tags and packaging intact.
• The return request is initiated within seven (7) days of the delivery date.
• The product was not marked as “Final Sale” or “Non-Returnable” at the time of purchase.

2. Items Not Eligible for Return

The following items are not eligible for return:

• Personalized or custom-made products.
• Products damaged due to misuse, improper care, or unauthorized alterations.

3. Return Process

To initiate a return, please follow these steps:

Step 1: Initiate a Return Contact us at support@sugatu.net and provide the following details:

• Order ID.
• Product name(s).
• Reason for the return.
• Photos of the product, especially if it is damaged or defective.

Step 2: Approval Our team will review your return request and respond within five (5) business days. If your request is approved, you will receive a return authorization along with instructions for shipping the product back to us. Step 3: Ship the Product Securely pack the item(s) in their original packaging. Use a reliable courier service to ship the product back to the address provided in the return authorization email. Please note that:

• Customers are responsible for return shipping charges unless the return is due to a damaged, defective, or incorrect product sent by us.
• Ensure the package is properly sealed to avoid damage during transit.

4. Refunds

Once we receive and inspect the returned product, we will process your refund. Refunds are typically issued as follows: Refund Process Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used at the time of purchase. It may take up to 8–10 business days for the refund to reflect in your account after approval.
Partial Refunds Partial refunds may be issued in the following cases:

• The returned item shows minor signs of use or missing packaging but is otherwise eligible for return.
• The product is returned outside the specified return window but has been approved for exceptional cases.

Non-Refundable Charges Shipping fees and cash-on-delivery charges, if applicable, are non-refundable.

5. Exchange Policy

We allow exchanges for reasons such as size, color, or product replacements, subject to stock availability. To initiate an exchange, please follow the same steps outlined in the return process. If the desired replacement is unavailable, you may opt for a refund.

6. Damaged or Defective Items

If your order arrives damaged or defective, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery by emailing support@sugatu.net. Include your order ID, detailed photos of the damaged product, and the packaging. Based on your preference, we will arrange for a replacement or issue a refund.

7. Cancellations

Before Shipping: Orders can be canceled before they are shipped by contacting us at support@sugatu.net. We will process your cancellation request promptly. After Shipping: Orders cannot be canceled once dispatched. However, you may follow the return process after receiving the order if it meets the eligibility criteria.

8. Return Address

The return address will be provided upon approval of your return request. Please ensure that the package is sent to the correct address as specified in the return authorization email to avoid delays.

9. Changes to the Return Policy

Sugatu Infra Pvt. Ltd. reserves the right to modify or amend this Return Policy at any time without prior notice. Updates will be reflected with a "Last Updated" date at the top of this document. Continued use of our platform after any changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised policy.
