Refund Policy

At Sugatu, customer satisfaction is our priority. We offer refunds for eligible products returned in compliance with our Return Policy. To qualify, the item must be unused, in its original packaging, and returned within 7 days of delivery. Refunds are processed after the returned product is inspected and approved. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method, and it may take 8–10 business days to reflect in your account. Shipping fees, cash-on-delivery charges, and any other non-refundable charges will not be included in the refund amount.

If you received a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please notify us at support@sugatu.net within 48 hours of delivery. Provide your order ID and photos of the issue to help us resolve it promptly. We will either issue a full refund or replace the product.
